Along the way she encountered some issues complicated by the buyers lender but managed to keep every thing on track until all three families involved achieved our goals. We are very pleased.

Missy Barnes is a true professional! She has proven to us time and time again that she can find a needle in a haystack. Newport Beach vacation rentals are tough to come by and prices just keep going up but Missy seems to know just where to look and she doesn't leave any stones unturned. She has been able to find us just the right property every time and has proven to be a great negotiator even with very difficult sellers. She has also been wonderful in helping us sell some investment properties with contingencies that could have scared buyers away in Eastside Costa Mesa.
